CD Wallets are very useful in storing my DVD and CD titles in a cool dry place. Not only that it makes it easier to find them when I need to listen to an album of my favorite artist, or watch a movie that I haven't seen for a long time, it also put order in the house since everything is arranged accordingly.
But if you will try using them, and especially when you have too much number of CDs and DVDs at home, I strongly suggest you buy in huge quantities. Buying bulk cd cases is much cheaper than buying one piece at a time then you end up buying in hundreds when those numbers accumulate in a period of time. It may seem too expensive at first but eventually, you'll realize the economy of buying them at a wholesale price that purchasing them piece by piece.
Invest in CD and DVD cases, don't just settle with those available paper sleeves and thin plastic inserts. They're fragile and you may end up with more loses since these types of materials do not strongly protect your media. CD wallets and DVD cases are the way to go. In the end, you'll see that it's worth the investment.
